Returns & Exchanges

At TKEES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
